At 15:19 on Friday, 19 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Reports of fire in the open which proved to be a false alarm good intent. Incident involved a bonfire which was under control and being monitored by responsible person
