At 17:40 on Friday, 2 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Grass Fire in Tweedale.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Telford Central and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving approximately 100m x 50m of grass and undergrowth. One hose reel jet and fogging lance in use.
