At 09:14 on Monday, 5 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

One washing machine on ground floor involved in fire. Crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hosereel jet, 1 covering jet and one thermal imaging camera in use.
