At 17:43 on Saturday, 10 September, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Animal Rescue in Baschurch.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Triple/Short extension ladder

One dog rescued from a well.
