At 17:03 on Saturday, 8 October, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of road traffic collision involving one van and 2 cars in collision. One female released from vehicle using holmatro cutting equipment and left in the care of ambulance. Fire crews used small tools and holmatro.
