At 22:26 on Sunday, 16 October, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Skip Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder

This incident involved a fire in a builders skip within a yard compound. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet. A crew from Welshpool of Mid and West Fire Service were also in attendance.
