At 16:53 on Thursday, 20 October, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Clun, Craven Arms and Wellington.

RTC involving one car, one person trapped due to car being in hedgerow and unable to open door. Crews used reciprocating saw to cut back hedgerow to release the person.
