At 15:40 on Saturday, 5 November, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Lift Rescue Persons Locked In in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

1 person trapped in lift which had broken down between floors. 1 person released from lift using short extension ladder by fire service personnel and lift isolated
