At 09:31 on Wednesday, 16 November, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Market Drayton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Report of building fire which proved to be a false alarm caused by burning cooking in bakery area. Crews carried out thorough investigations.
