At 17:32 on Wednesday, 7 December, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Horsehay.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

False alarm caused by controlled burning.
