At 14:17 on Sunday, 18 December, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of smoke within the grounds of the primary school which was found to be a false alarm caused by excessive smoke from boiler flue.
