At 01:58 on Sunday, 1 January, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Market Drayton.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

This incident involved a single vehicle which had left the carriageway and collided with some hedgerow. No persosn trapped. Vehicle made safe by fire service personnel.
