At 20:46 on Sunday, 29 January, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of fire in garage which proved to be small fire in garage caused by discarded cigarette. Fire extinguished by occupier prior to arrival of fire service. Ventilation taken place
