At 11:33 on Wednesday, 22 March, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of a vehicle towing a car on fire. This incident was a false alarm caused by a blown gasket
