At 10:29 on Friday, 21 April, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wellington .

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving 1 vehicle left carriageway and come to rest in ditch. No persons trapped, crew making vehicle safe.
