At 13:58 on Sunday, 30 April, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Oxygen first aid
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Smoke alarm in property activated by pan left on hob. Positive pressure ventilation in use and oxygen therapy used on 1 casualty. All occupants left in care of ambulance crews
