At 17:17 on Sunday, 4 June, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of house fire which proved to be a false alarm due to faulty hard wired and battery operated smoke detector
