At 19:44 on Friday, 7 July, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

This incident involved grass area approx 20m x 10m. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet.
