At 20:49 on Tuesday, 22 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Other in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews assisted one casualty from one metre hole in ground, no equipment used.
