At 19:47 on Sunday, 27 August, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

1 large bin on fire which crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet. Police were also in attendance.
