House Fire

At 12:20 on Sunday, 3 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Property found to be smoke logged on arrival of fire service personnel, property has been thoroughly checked and vented.
