At 13:15 on Saturday, 23 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as HGV Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Reports of bus on fire which proved to be caused by engine failure causing smoke. No equipment was used by fire crews.
