At 20:02 on Sunday, 24 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Incident involved one log burning stove, crews used chimney gear and small tools to extinguish.
