At 15:34 on Sunday, 1 October, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Short extension ladder
• Thermal imaging camera

Smoke detector activation- this incident was caused by a faulty smoke detector crews carried out a thorough investigation using a short extension ladder and a thermal imaging camera.
