At 16:09 on Friday, 13 October, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One 4x4 vehicle in collision with telegraph pole, crews working to release casualty
