At 13:29 on Tuesday, 24 October, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving one car and one van, crews used holmatro cutting equipment to release person who was trapped in the car.
