At 04:38 on Sunday, 29 October, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Shed Fire in Much Wenlock.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Much Wenlock and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Call to wood chip smoldering in storage building approximately 10m x 10m. 3 hose reel jets, thermal imaging camera and small tools used to extinguish fire.
