At 17:26 on Thursday, 2 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Whitchurch.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.
