At 05:40 on Friday, 10 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Assistance given to West Midlands Ambulance service.
