At 18:15 on Thursday, 16 November, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

Small fire involving extension lead in property, this was found to be out on arrival of fire service personnel. Crews have completed a thorough inspection of the property and advice has been given to the occupier.
