At 11:55am we were called by a passerby who could see a large amount of smoke through a window of a property. 3 appliances and a level 1 officer were mobilsed to the incident. Upon arrival the crews reported that smoke was issuing from a ground floor flat. Entry was gained and 4 Breathing Apparatus were used to ascertain that no-one was inside the property. The fire was located in the Kitchen. 2 Hose Reel Jets and 1 Covering Jet were used. Incident was left with Police as no occupant was present.
