At 11:45 on Monday, 18 December, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Short extension ladder

1 large bonfire extinguished by fire service personnel using 1 hosereel jet and short extension ladder.
