At 21:12 on Wednesday, 10 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Albrighton and Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Engine of one hatchback vehicle involved in fire. Crews used 1 breathing apparatus set and 1 hose reel jet to extinguish fire.
