At 17:13 on Wednesday, 24 January, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Main jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving ground floor living area. Fire crews used 1 hose reel jet, 1 main jet, thermal image camera and pressure ventilation.
