At 15:23 on Friday, 2 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Fuel Leak/Spillage Small in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Fuel spillage of approximately 30 litres of diesel from the damaged fuel tank of an LGV.
