At 03:23 on Wednesday, 7 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews assisted Ambulance with the extraction of a patient from an embankment.
