At 17:17 on Thursday, 15 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Wem.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Prees, Wellington and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

1 bus overturned in ditch. Vehicle made safe by Fire Service. Casualties assessed by Ambulance personnel.
