At 16:21 on Wednesday, 21 February, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident involved smoke logging caused by a faulty refrigerator.
