At 14:50 on Sunday, 3 March, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Shifnal.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Telford, Tweedale and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders
• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road traffic collision involving 2 vehicles. 2 persons rescued by Fire Service Personnel, and vehicles made safe.
