At 07:48 on Wednesday, 22 May, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as AFA in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera
• Triple/Short extension ladder

Crews carried out thorough inspection. This incident was a false alarm.
