At 19:28 on Monday, 3 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Clun.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Clun.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

1 saloon vehicle with smoke issuing from bonnet due to electrical fault. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet and checked using 1 thermal imaging camera.
