At 12:42 on Wednesday, 5 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Rescue From Machinery in Oswestry .

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Oswestry and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance, the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One male released from under private saloon vehicle using holmatro spreaders. Casualty now in care of air ambulance
