At 21:48 on Tuesday, 11 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance including the Rescue Tender was mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Cattle have been driven back up the embankment by farm staff, no action required by Fire Service Personnel.
