At 18:56 on Thursday, 27 June, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

This incident involved a small fire in the kitchen which was out on the arrival of crews.
