At 18:27 on Thursday, 4 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods

Large tree on fire. Assisted by Hereford and Worcester Fire & Rescue Service.
