At 14:28 on Sunday, 7 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire measuring 2m by 2m- crews extinguished using knapsacks, fogging unit and a thermal imaging camera
