At 19:28 on Thursday, 11 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Lift Rescue Persons Locked In in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews rescued one persons from lift which was stuck between two floors. Advice given to onsite staff.
