At 18:41 on Saturday, 13 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Bridgnorth .

Incident involved 2 people who had slipped down the river bank toward the water. Crews rescued using a short extension ladder and a specialist trained Water First Responder.
