At 13:13 on Sunday, 21 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Dry powder extinguisher

Small quantity of smoke coming from below ground from interior of a lamppost. Crews used a dry powder extinguisher.
