At 12:57 on Sunday, 28 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Railway Embankment in Highley.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Knapsacks

Fire involving railway embankment approximately 30m by 1m that has been extinguished by Fire Service Personnel.
